PraDe offers jewellery, especially silver jewellery, including traditional and contemporary designs.

PraDe ships domestically (within India) via trusted courier partners. For international orders, they also partner with reputable international couriers, depending on the destination.

• Domestic orders: 2–6 working days (standard).
• International orders: 7–10 working days (approximate, depending on location and customs/duties).

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged in transit
• Customers must notify PraDe within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide an unboxing video along with images.
• Products purchased during a sale are generally non-refundable.

Once your order is dispatched, PraDe will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow delivery status.

Yes — but only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, address changes aren’t accepted.
