We at PraDe are keen on providing customers with the best hence, we partner only with reputed and trusted delivery partners such as DTDC, Professional couriers for customers from India and DHL, FedEx, Aramex etc. for International customers depending on their location.

Our standard shipping duration is 2 to 6 working days for domestic orders and 7 to 10 working days for international orders. However, the shipping duration of the product shall vary at times depending on the product demand and availability based on ‘First come, first serve basis. All orders will be processed for shipping within 2 working days upon order confirmation.

Upon the purchase of the product, order confirmation email shall be sent to the customer to their registered email address and the tracking number will be shared once the order has been dispatched that will enable the customer to track their orders.

Changes to the shipping address stated during the time of order shall be accepted on if the product has not been shipped.

PraDe shall not be liable for delays by the shipment partners, however, we will help you track the product and make sure that it reaches you safely.

Once the tracking number is shared, the organisation’s part in shipment ends there. The customer and the third-party shipping company shall directly communicate incase of any information regarding the shipment, i.e the time, transit information etc.
PraDe shall not be held liable for any such concerns.

Cancellation, Exchanges And Return

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, we shall provide you with an option to replace the ordered product with another product. In no manner shall we provide any refund of the ordered product.

In the case where your order gets cancelled from our end for some reason, we shall notify you about the same. We will also take all efforts to refund the amount paid by yourself to your original payment method within 2 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Shipping charges are not refundable.

The brand has put the utmost effort in showcasing the products as realistic as possible with the colour, appearance etc. Please note that the colour of the jewellery might slightly vary in person, any return/ exchange on these criteria will not be accepted.

We at PraDe believe in providing fair trade to our artisans and hence selected products shall not be eligible for returns.

We shall accept return and/or exchange of product only if the same is damaged in transit and is notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Additionally, customers are requested to do an unboxing video once the product has been received, that helps us to confirm in case if the product has been damaged in transit. In such an event, please write to us support@prade.in  with your order number, registered email address and attach the images of the product received. Our team will get in touch with you for further process of exchange/return.

Upon receiving the product our team will analyse if the product purchased is eligible for return. If we qualify the product as an eligible product, we shall choose to either ship or pick or arrange a reverse pickup of the product. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.

Once the refund has been accepted, we shall process for the refund amount. You will be to pick if you would like store credit or payment, in case of payment, the amount shall be credited as per the original payment method.

Products purchased during the sale are non-refundable.
